How to completely remove Webroot?

I am having issues completely removing webroot from some of my endpoints.

Our laptops use a single image so I am using the clone switch.  We have a few laptops that already have webroot installed without the clone that need to be reinstalled. When I removed webroot via safemode and reinstalled with the -clone, the endpoint still shows in the console under the old faulty hostname. The endpoint also contains the data from the previous install (# of total scans, total threats removed, etc.). It's not treating it as a new installation.  I also used WRUpgradeTool.exe hoping it would clear the issue but no dice.

I was able to add cloned endpoints a back in November with no issue. I am wondering if this is a version issue.

Any ideas?
