From October 21st to the 24th,  one of our MSP partners (Digital Medical Systems) participated in the Australian Association of Practice Managers (AAPM) National Conference in Adelaide. The conference was attended by people who are involved in healthcare management and delivery - from practice managers, team leaders, nurses, doctors, policy makers, government staff, hospital admin, etc.

(BTW, Practice Managers are the operational business managers for primary health care clinics in Australia which include GP & specialist clinics.  GP clinics are usually multi doctor and typically have between 10 – 20 PC endpoints per location, with the larger clinics up to 60 PC endpoints.  Some companies have multiple locations.  All with multiple server installations(physical & virtual))

Digital Medical Solutions was showcasing Webroot's solutions - particularly targeted at the health-care sector. They gave a presentation which refered to Webroot case studies which was titled: “Be Prepared”: Do you have what it takes to manage your practice IT? The essential best practices, systems, tools and methodologies for managing the increasingly complex and interrelated systems that we call practice IT."

Webroot's Sydney office supported this initiative by providing/designing marketing materials, and also by sending Shreejana and Neil down to the event. Here are some pictures that Shreejana has shared - I particularly like the Greco-Roman-ish columns that we have at our booth!
