Tim Sheahen and Shane Cooper were recently in Dallas, representing Webroot at this year's ChannelPro SMB Forum where some drama unfolded in the form of a power outage at the hotel, which apparently lasted for the majority of the event. On the bright side (pun intended), we won the award for 'Best Software Solution'!
