Welcome aboard, 5238!

I have only been here a couple of weeks and I can tell you this:  Folks here are friendly, patient and helpful in the extreme!

When you have a WSA tech question you will get plenty of helpful input from the 'neighbors' in here who have alot of knowledge and are more than willing to share it.

If you have a tech question beyond your WSA product, you'll find plenty of help for those questions as well, because there are alot of 'neighbors' who wear alot of different hats when it comes to a broad knowledge base, so don't be shy about posting a question because you'll get help.

And, if you just want to chat with great folks then you can peruse and hang out on the Non Techie forum.

There is alot to see here and just so many great folks here to help you that you'll find yourself coming here more than you 'need' to, because the WSA product is awesome and takes care of you very well indeed, but because you feel like Norm in Cheers.

When you come in here, folks remember your name and they're happy to see you!

Hi 5238

Welcome to the Community Forums. http://www.forumsextreme.com/images2/sSig_welcometoourclan.gifhttp://www.forumsextreme.com/images2/sSig_welcometoourclan.gifhttp://www.forumsextreme.com/images2/sSig_welcometoourclan.gifhttp://www.forumsextreme.com/images2/sSig_welcometoourclan.gif

You pose a very good question and undoubtedly checking out the Community Guidelines, as already suggested, is a good, first general move in the right direction.

However, expanding this to the more specific area of WSA itself...that really depends on how technical you are and how technical you would to go.

If interested in how WSA works in concept then you may want to take the time to review this post which is a collection of article and videos on the subject.  Alternatively, if you have a need for specific or particular knowledge, or even a re just interested in scanning frequantly covered topics then I would recommend the Knowledge Base as a good starting point.  That said, if you have any very specific questions, however small or trivial they may seem to you, do either post them here or open a subject question specific thread in the forum for the product version you use/are interested in...and the Community will do its best to reply...there are always knowledgeable users about ready to assist. :D

Hoping to seeing you about here and providing some assistance.

Regards
