Hello vharris66! Great to have you here on the Community Forum!

On your Mobile online console? Or are you talking about the lock on your cell phone that requires a pin? The timeout display Setting?
Is this IOS Mobile device?  What version of WSA do you have on your device? The scream is a trigger on an ipad that is useful if you ned help finding it!

Are you asking about the auto lock in the Access Web Console and do not lock your device as shown here.

This is for Lost Device Protection needs to be activated from the device itself and to issue the command from your online account you need to have Administrator permissions enabled.

1. Log in to your My Webroot Account
2. Click on Account Settings
3. Navigate to Access & Permissions and change the permissions to Admin and Access

You would then issue the command from the Mobile Security tab under Lost Device Protection once selecting your device.

Please let us know if you need more information or explain further what you need. OK?
