Chrome

previously, I tried to download Chrome on my laptop, but it appeared in a pop up screen that it was unsafe to do so.  I then looked for another internet explorer I could use and found Firefox.  For a little while, it was working perfectely, but now, whenever I am on the internet, it is fine for a while and then it cuts off, letting me know that an error has occured and has to reboot itself all over again.  This is happening very freqently.  What can I do to rectify the situation.
 
Please help!!!

Sorry you are having problems with Chrome. I would suggest to have the Professionals at Webroot correct this problem.
