I want to delete the cookies,but where do I go to do that?

To respond to your question may I start by asking which version you have; Antivirus, Internet Security Plus or Complete?
Ig the later then you can use the buily in System Optimizer for general cookie clearing but as the other two versions do not have that feature then if you use them you will need to find and run a 3rd party tool and/or configure your browser settings to deal with cookies.
