Enterprise hosting, managed applications, managed messaging and managed cloud services provider NaviSite, a subsidiary of Time Warner Cable, announced an enterprise mobility management (EMM) platform designed to enhance data security while simplifying the management of mobile devices.
 
Mobile device management enables access to enterprise assets, encrypts sensitive data, and enforces compliance and security standards, while containerization and workspaces features establish a controllable separation of corporate and personal data to manage enterprise applications and data on end-user devices.
 
NaviSite's EMM solution uses technology from AirWatch by VMware, an enterprise mobility management platform provider with solutions for device, email, application, browser and content management.
 
The EMM platform also complements NaviSite's broader portfolio of solutions, including the NaviCloud desktop-as-a-service solution, managed applications services and managed messaging services.
