The impact of data breaches on customer loyalty

Posted on 10 December 2015. Nearly two-thirds (64%) of consumers worldwide say they are unlikely to shop or do business again with a company that had experienced a breach where financial information was stolen, and almost half (49%) had the same opinion when it came to data breaches where personal information was stolen. I was wondering when this would happen and the customers. would turn on these companies that were breached. But there is two sides also..................poor security practices by the user adds to the problem
