The Associated Press has revealed the first of these two cases, citing a report released yesterday by an independent police monitoring agency that has been keeping an eye on the actions of the Denver city police.

They think they are above the law and have been abusing there powers for personal gain in some cases.

Unfortunately theya re damned if they done't...and as a result we are exposed to dangers that could have been averted, and they are damned if they do...they are breaching our human right to privacy, etc., etc., etc.
 
Either way they are undervalued and over controlled in many cases to such an extent that they are unable to do their job properly...and then we complain when that happens! :(
