I have Webroot SecureAnywhere, not SecureAnywhere Complete.  I have the correct UserID, Password, and KeyCode.  What is the reason I can't log into "Account Lookup" on my Android phone?  Is there any problem with that?  Is my Webroot operating properly on my phone?  Yes, I do have the app in my phone.

Greetings @,

I double checked your keycode on our back-end and I'm not showing that you've registered for an Online Account with that subscription as of yet. Please try registering for an account here and you will be able to look up your account on your Android after confirming your registration in the follow-up email.

Even with your help, I found it a bit confusing, but I seem to have it resolved.  My problem was the "SecureAnywhere" icon on my phone, from which I still can't log-in.  However, the "SecureWeb" icon does let me log-in, but I did follow the link you supplied first and believe my phone is secure now.  Would appreciate it if you could check again and validate that I am secure.  If so, then I'll be adding my notepad.
Thanks for the help!

Apologies for any confusion.

I'd suggest logging into your Account on your PC and it should show your device under the field for "Mobile Security".

Already did that and it does show my phone.  I'm saving those links you provided.  Thanks so much for your help.
