Blocked or limited access to internet via wireless router.

Webroot is blocking or limiting automatic access to the internet via my home wireless router, causing me to have to manually disconnect from the limited connection and reconnect manually very frequently. Sometimes this occurs while on a page, dropping the connection, other times it occurs while changing pages. Have any of you had this problem? How do I fix it? I tried "customer service" and could not meet their time restraints for the connection being dropped!

The first thing I'd suggest is to temporarily remove Webroot and see if the problem goes away, just to confirm it is Webroot causing the problem.  Have you tried that yet?
