Hello all,
I just bought a black Friday deal (not from webroot itself) but from Newegg since it was cheaper. The issue is I cannot seem to merge my two keys. (I downloaded the Denver Broncos trial from social media) Any advice?

Currently, we users are not able to merge key codes together to add the time together. You will need to submit a Trouble Ticket to request assistance. They may need to transfer days from the new key code to the old, or re-associate any user profiles you have created from the old key code to the new one, etc.
