Can´t submit for AV trial

Hi,
 
Is there a problem in the trial request page?
 
I can´t submit a request to try Webroot AV.
 
In the last days I´ve the following message:
 
"Obrigado por escolher o software da Webroot
Lamentamos, mas ocorreu um erro no processo de registro.
Por favor, vá de volta a página de inscrição e tente novamente." which
translates to "Thanks for choosing (bla bla bla) Hit back and try again".
 
Cannot submit this message with the url but it´s trial url page for
Portugal/Brazil.
 
English page or Different notebook does not work as well.

At what point in the trial request process are you getting the message?

Hi, just after I request the trial.
 
After filling First Name, Last name, e-mail, e-mail confirmation
and pressing "get the free trial" button.

I have just filled out my detail on this site:
 
http://www.webroot.com/customerSupport/trialRegistration.php?trpd=WSAV&loc=PRT
 
and been greeted with the following:
 

You're almost done!

Please click HERE to download your trial for your PC or click HERE to download your trial product for your Mac. Enter the Keycode......
 
so am not sure why you are getting something different. :@
 
May I suggest that if this continues you call the Sales Team (details for all markets HERE), and see if they can either figure out the issue or provide you the trial key by some other means. I can provide you with the trail download link but without the trial keycode you cannot run the installer.

It´s very odd but it worked when I created a .com e-mail
and used it to submit for a trial license.

Glad to hear that you got it sorted. Yes, it is sometimes funny like that. Hope that you enjoynnthe trial and decide to join the Webroot Family. ;)
