Can you help me make an ATM payment? The system won't take it saying it expires before the next bill

I have been trying to make a 1 time payment with my ATM card. It doesn't expire until 11/17. For some reason the system won't take the payment. PLEASE help me. My security expired 6/14 and since I'm retired, I had to wait for my retirement check to be auto-deposited to make the payment. Also, I only have a HP laptop. This account is in my daughter's name Laura Roberts Taylor. Please change it to my name Eldonna Roberts. I ONLY have the laptop. I see that she has everything covered on this account except my laptop. It may be attached to my old phone number in Graham, (edited>phone number out for security reasons) I moved down here in Sept. and maybe ya'll just got the accounts mixed up.
