Cannot connect to cloud

I have installed the app for webroot on my surface pro 3 and gotten as far as check credentials and now it say cannot connect to cloud.  Please Help.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
Would you be able to be more specific in term of the message that you are getting in relation to 'cannot connect to the cloud'? Is this a message issued by WSA, or is it from some other application such a OneDrive, DropBox or similar?
 
It is a little difficult to situate where the problem lies without more information, i.e., is there any issues with WSA or is it an issue that may be being caused by WSA.
 
Alternatively, and to try to check as to which of the above is the case you could try uninstalling WSA to see if it continues?
 
To do a clean reinstall of WSA please do the following: Download a Copy here and make sure you have a copy of your keycode.  Then uninstall WSA and REBOOT (very important).  Then install with the new installer,  let it finish it's install scan then REBOOT once again.
 
Now check for the issue and please let us know if that corrects it or not.
