Did not consent to automatic renewal. Fruadulantly charged. How to Stop?

I never consented to webroot's automatic renewal option.  I recived no emails, no reminders on the application and no receipt stating I was charged.  How do I opt out of the automatic renewals? 
 
If I can't I'm declaring my credit card stolen.  I never consented to a yearly renewal subscription.  I remember selecting the one time charge.  There is no easy way to log into your account and disable the option.

Welcome to the Community Forum.

Sorry to hear that you had problems with this. It usually works fine but I suspect that click to not accept the auto renewal option may not have taken in your browser at the time.

Anyway, to stop Automatic Renewal please use THIS link and fill in the requested details to make the request. That should sort you out.
