'Filtering Extension' add-on?

Hi Peeps!!  Smiley Happy

I'm using the WSA Antivirus and have just had a pop-up saying that the 'Webroot Filtering Extension' add-on from 'Webroot Inc.' is ready for use.  Can anyone tell me what this is exactly and would it be OK to enable it?

Re: 'Filtering Extension' add-on?

Hi Linda

Yes, this should be quite safe.  It is related to the new Web Threat Shield that is currently in the process of being rolled out to user.

I am currenlty running it myself.

Regards
