Green ticks no longer showing next to Google search websites. Why?

My computer was freezing so I had it fixed at Geek Squad. They fixed this saying it had two infections. Now, when I do a Google search the websites which come up no longer have the Webroot green ticks next to them. I haven't been able to correct this. Can anyone offer advice?

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
 
Would you check and see if the Webroot Filter is enabled in your browsers? What browser are you using?
 
Are you using Chrome? If so please go here for the Webroot Filter.Extension
 
Sometimes a clean reinstall will fix this issue.
 
Can you please follow these instructions closely. Uninstall Webroot from Programs/Tools/Uninstall.
 
To install WSA:
  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
 
Last but least you could also submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription if none of the above works for you.
