I am trying to download a science book for my college class and I get a "virus scan failed" message.
What do I need to change to allow this to download?

I think you should Send a Message to our threat team so that they can assist you. I haven't seen a 'virus scan failed' message caused by downloading a program, file, etc and want to make sure you are taken care of properly.
I also get the virus scan failed message when I try to download a file or pictures that someone sends me. Please help so that I don't have to keep shutting off my protection.
