Hello Frank,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

Search.myway.com is a potentially unwanted program that is mostly used for trying to promote affiliate websites and increasing their sales, traffic rank or other indicators. If this questionable search engine manages to infiltrate its target PC system, it may easily alter the start page and the default search engine on each of your web browsers.

Please look here on how to remove PUAs https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744.

Internet Explorer allows you to change your browser homepage and new tab page at any time.

To remove your MyWay homepage:
 1. At the top right of your Internet Explorer browser window, click on the button that looks like a cog/wheel.  For older versions of Internet Explorer, look for the Tools menu option near the top of your browser and click.
 2. From the menu that opens, select Internet Options.
 3. Under the General tab, find the Home page section.
 4. To make the current webpage your only home page, click Use Current, or type the address of your desired webpage into the box.  For instance www.google.com or www.yahoo.com.
 5. Click Apply to save your changes and OK to close the window.
If you still have issues then please submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an actve subscription.

Hope trhis helps.
