I PAID FOR NEW WEBROOT 12/1/2016 STILL GETTING MESSAGE THAT IN 4 DAYS IT WILL EXPIRE, WHAT DO I DO??

Hello, still receiving messages that in 4 days my Webroot will expire, I just renewed it on 12/1/2016  thru Global Tech & Sys.,. What should I do?

I did a search and I am not finding this Global Tech & Syst..
 
Have you tried calling them? Are you sure you didn't get a trail version of Webroot which only lasts 30 days?
 
You can call Webroot tomorrow during business hours and ask the support team if they are associated with this Global Tech & Sys. There are alot of bad web-sites that claim to install Webroot which they scam people out of their money.
You could of definitely been scammed. This may have been a third-party tech service that presents themselves as other software companies (or at least represent themselves in specialists in the product) .

I am on Central Time. I called Global Tech and they were busy but their box was full still, so I couldn't leave a message so I wrote them a text message. They show their from FL . 
When I did talk to someone, I asked the guy for the Key #. They say I already renewed my membership, but I had used Best Buy last time I renewed my 
Webroot SecureAnywhere and they show I need to renew my License in 4 days.
This is the phone # to Global Technology Webroot--( 888 ) 411 - 3114. Can anyone give me a suggestion of what to do?

If it was me I would contact my credit card institution and tell them about a fraudulent purchase where you did not receive the item you purchased and see if they can help you.
 
This company sounds very suspicious,  if you renewed you should of gotten a new keycode from them.

I called my bank and gonna cancel the charge and dispute them and get in 10 days,maybe less a new credit debit card. Then they will put my money back in my account. Thanks. ;)

I deeply apologize for the inconvenience you've had getting protected, @! :manfrustrated:
 
After checking with my Team here, that name is entirely unfamiliar and we were also not able to come up with any information about them from Googling. For the future, it's always advised to purchase Software from only the official Website of any Vendor (ex. Webroot.com, Adobe.com, MicrosoftStore.com, etc.)
 
Sherry has already done an absolutely wonderful job in providing guidance :catwink:
I would advise downloading and using our 14-day trial until your money is returned, and then you can use the Sales Number that Sherry shared to purchase a full subscription with us.
