My password section won't let me edit. It shows me the download shade you get when installing at just like 80% is done. Meaning it has more installing or whatever it was that is left to finish up on??

Hello dinor8er,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

To make sure we're on the same page here. Are you talking about the "Passwords" tab in your "MyWebroot" account?

May I ask if you have renewed Webroot with a new keycode by any chance? Because you would need support to transfer your passwords to a new keycode if that's the case.

If you are having trouble with the PW Extension then we have a toolbar fix for this to allow you access to the PM app.which you can download from here.  Run that and follow the instructions.

Are you experiencing trouble in your online Account Console trying to edit your Passwords and Sites there? Then I'd suggest you submit a https://community.webroot.com/t5/forums/replypage/board-id/WSA-AV/message-id/allow you access to the PM app then try to fix this by using the PM Toolbar fix utility which you can download from here. Run that and follow the instructions presented and see if after that you get the app icon displayed. free of charge with an active subscription and they can look into this for you.

Please get back to us to clarify your issues here encase I haven't understood. OK?

Kind Regards,

Hi dinor8er,

You are Welcome!

Can you sign into your online Account Console? If you can sign in then please look at setting up your permissions to alow access to Password Manager. Go to your email address in the upper right hand side and click the dropdown box to Manage Users and set permissions to allow access and see if that works. Instructions below

Here is a PC User Guide for Managing Passwords.

Here is a Password Manager Video

Setting your Permissions look here,

This solution addresses Webroot SecureAnywhere http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_icon.png

If you have Admin permission you can edit permissions for other users in online Account Console, as well as your own. Please sign into Account Console and set your permissions to access.

To set user permissions:
 1. Open the SecureAnywhere website menu and click Manage Users.
 2. Locate the user whose permissions you want to change and click the edit icon. The Account Settings page opens to the User Details tab.
 3. Open the Permissions tab and set this user's permissions for Webroot SecureAnywhere products. You can change permissions only for products to which you have access permission.
 4. Specify this user's access level for this account:

See if this does the trick to allow you access to PW Manager.

Let me know how it goes ok?
