I have webroot that I got from Best Buy and it is saying the key is invalid.
I got it at Best Buy when I purchased a computer but never installed it.

Are you putting in the correct keycode and I'm quessing this a boxed version of Webroot?
Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
You could call Best Buy Geek Squad at 1-800-GeekSquad, and they will have your keycode listed with your purchase.

Yes, I used the right code and tried several times.
I thought i saw another posting on here where the key might have expired even though the software was never installed?
I really dislike dealing with the Geek Squad at Best Buy - they have been less than useless the last few times I have tried to call them

Well I can understand that this could be a problem but can you wait till Monday, our Moderator@ can check out the keycode for you and see if it's expired or not.
