I renewed my subscription, but it keeps saying it's expired. What gives?? Anyone know??

My Webroot icon keeps showing an exclamation mark.  When I open it the dashboard says I'm protected and it has scanned my computer and removed threats, but then shows that my subscription is expired.  I renewed on line and have received a disk.  Anyone have any idea what I can do to get it to say it's up to date?

Did you 'renew', i.e., add time to your exisitng subscription or did you purchase a new subscription which would have meant that you received a new keycode that you would have had to enter into WSA and activate?
