Is there a way to access the location or see the webcam on my stolen computer?

like the subject says I had my laptop stolen, and i am curious if webroot can locate my computer. Or is there a way to turn on the web cam and see it?

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
 
No I don't believe webroot can locate your stolen computer or see it through a Webcam.
 
If you have Webroot on that stolen computer you can lock down the PC from the Online Account Consoleas shown HERE
 
Sorry that this has happened but if it was me I would lock the PC if I had Webroot on this device.
