I take it that you have tried to uninstall using the usual Add/Remove Program Control Panel applet? Well, if not then try that but if you have and that has not worked then I would try using Revo Uninstaller? If not then you can find the relevant information & download HERE.
A number of members in the Community use it (including me) and it does work better than the standard uninstall by itself.
If you do not feel you have the technical capability or are uncertain about using this utility I would recommend that you This isn't easy to remove for a novice user. So I recommend that you Open a Support Ticket (free of charge with an active WSA subscription), so that the Support Team can take a look at this for you.
