Mindspark Toolbar malware... why doesn't WEBROOT protect me from this?

I kept getting annoying pop-up regarding Integrator64.exe. I ran WEBROOT scan, but it didn't help. Then tried a fixer download that seemed to hel, but created a new problem with Mindspark toolbar malware. Then re-ran webroot scan to no avail... still have the annoying pop-up. Why doesn't WEBROOT filter these issues out before they infect my pc?

Mindspark Toolbar is not malware, you probably ended up getting more PUA's toolbars by downloading whatever that "fix" was. Just remove it using the add/remove control panel and disable any toolbar in your browser if it doesnt get fully removed.
