Hello Frosty54, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. :D

Here is a User Guide to the Console:

Hi Frosty54

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If I may just add to what Dave has posted...the 'registration' or recognition of the PC with WSA installed on it should occur automatically which it usually does but sometimes that can take a few hours.

One thing that you can try is to run a manual scan or two as these initiste an exchange of data between the WSA client on your system & the Webroot Cloud and that osmetimes nudges the recognistion/registration process along.

If none of what has been sugested work then your best bet is to Open a Support Ticket to get the SUpport Team to investigate and fix the issue for you.

Hope that helps further?

Regards, Baldrick

Please wait up to 24-48 hours for PC's to reflect in the Online Console once Webroot has been installed.
