New user - no green checkmarks in front of searched sites like I was told at Best Buy. I am using Chrome and Safari. It does not work on either one.  Never did. Otherwise everything seems to be working.  What to do?

Would you check in Safari in Preferences and see if you have the Webfilter enabled? Are you running a Mac OS by chance?
