Trying to reactive subscription

So my webroot subscription expired between the last time i used my laptop and today. Icant connect to the internet (presumably because my protection was expired) however i could renew my subscription using the laptop (so i have some type of access), but when i try to put in the keycode to reactive it says it can't because there is no Internet access! I restarted the computer, and i tried uninstalling and reinstalling webroot bit I'm still stuck at the same place with entering the code. Please help.

Also if you have Password Manager then you will need Submit a Support Ticket to transfer your passwords to the new keycode.
