I am still having problems updating my computer and Backing it up. How can I fix that?

I am sorry for asking but unless you can provide some additional information as to what the problems are that you are having with updating & backing up we will struggle to provide any meaningful assistance.
Such issues can be due to a number of things and we need some simple pointers as to what those issues are/how they manifest themselves.
If you can simply describe what is happening, provide details of any messages you get, etc., then we can try to help...which is what we want to do.
