When selecting the location for this message there were a number of choices for different Webroot products but all I can see for my Webroot product is that is the SecureAnywhere version. Do not know what else it might be, even after logging into my account or opening the Webroot program on my computer. All it says is Webroot SecureAnywhere.

Also I have been running another program in tandum with Webroot called Advanced SystemCare 9 Pro. I do not know if it covers anything that Webroot doesn't or if it is redundant ? Is there anything I shouild be adding that Webroot doesn't cover in the first place. Any professional information out there that can fill in us non-techies in about what we need to ensure our systems are running as best as they can would be greatly appreciated?

I do not just want to waste my limited finances on programs designed to scare us into thinking they do something they don't really do. Thank you.

Hi bgs

In terms of the product version, i.e., AV, ISP or Complete, if you click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the My Account tab & then on the Keycode tab on the next panel displayed you should see the 'Product' listed just under the Keycode, on the lefthand side of the panel.

For information the overall protection offered by AV, ISP & Complete product versions is the same irrespective of the product you are using; the differences are in the additional features provided between the product versions. Please see HERE of an overview comparision of the product versions in which yo awill see that all share the same anti malware features.

In terms of running other security applications (and I know that ASC 9 Pro does have an protection component) there should be no issue as WSA is designed to be compliant with other security applciation but in all honesty for most users WSA should provide sufficient and good alround protecttion all on its own.

But having said that there are many who preferred a 'layered approach' to protection and so run other specialist security application...as no security application, even WSA, can be 100% efficient 100% of the time.

Hope that helps? But if you have any further questions then please post back
