New PC - Fresh Install of Win10, no AV software ever installed before.
Download, run install, even as admin, comes up fine prompts for key code, enter this and Install it immediately says
Webroot is having a problem, looks for soltuion, and fails with Ok...
Tried the clean.exe tool with reboot.
Tried random file name, different directory... no good.
Tried in Safe Mode.
Tried with Beta key code - same
Try with bugus key code 111 and fails exactly the same.
Seems as soon sa it goes to verify the key it fails with a windows problem.
Shame, I've been loving this for several years now and have it another PC just like this with win 10 no issues ever...
I did put in a ticket.
Thanks for any suggestions of help.
