Please reset your Protection Statistics then run another scan http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C11_ReportsandViewers/CH11c_ViewingProtectionStatistics.htm and let us know if that clears it up?

I finally found Protection Statistics. I tried to reset it but nothing happens, it just keeps running.

Please run another Default Deep Scan and it should correct this. The reason to clear the Protection Statistic's and yes it will continue to watch your system and is the way of clearing all previous detections as well so your seeing all the detections since WSA has been installed it's not really Re-Detecting the same files over and over again!
