Whitelist Windows service pypsexecsvc.exe

Hello there,

I am running into problems with Webroot blocking a Windows service running on my Windows server.
To remotely administer my Windows server, I use psexec.py, an open-source tool from OpenSecurity (https://www.coresecurity.com/corelabs-research/open-source-tools/impacket).
psexec.py requires Windows service C:Windowspypsexecsvc.exe to be running on the Windows server.

I usually run the following command from my Linux box:
root:~# psexec.py --user 'Administrator' //172.20.18.217 'systeminfo'
ERROR: Cannot connect to service
I've confirmed C:Windowspypsexecsvc.exe is already in the Webroot whitelis but it doesn't help.
This was working fine until a couple of weeks ago, and I can't remotely administer my server any more.
It appears that Webroot is blocking C:Windowspypsexecsvc.exe from regular operation.
Can you please add pypsexecsvc.exe to Webroot whitelist ?

Please let me know if you need any information.

Thank you!
Yatin
