Why did personalized report start showing up
Personalized report keeps popping up when starting computer. This is annoying. If I cant disable by next renew I will go elsewhere. Stop hiring Microsoft engineers.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
That is very strange as I have not had that popup for a very long time and I would quick like to get it on a regular basis. There was some talk about Webroot making the control of when it appeasrs more granular and controllable by the user but have not heard anything further in relation to this.
If this is causing you concerns/an issue then I recommend that you Open a Support Ticket and raise the issue with the Suport Team who can then look into it for you.
