can't pull up my aps... this ' apcapture.dll ' was just removed via webroot... still aps won't appear.

I am not sure what you mean by "ap"? Could you give us some more information?
If needed you can always Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active Webroot subscription, They can check this out for you,
