Welcome to the Community Forums.
Yes, you can to a certain extent but only with the Complete or Antivirus for Gamers versions, as those both include the System Optimizer which is a CCleaner type feature that will remove temporary files, internet detritus, etc. when run.
It is configurable (please see this page from the online help text + the subsequant pages on how you use it) but as I said before much more limited than CCleaner which a goodly few of the members here use.
