can't get new product key code to download...

Welcome to the Community Forums...and apologies for the tardy response.
Would you be able to provide some further information in relation to your issue? Normally if you are getting a new keycode then that will be emailed to you...one might download a new version of the WSA installer but if you have a new keycode then you should eb able to enter it into the existing installation of WSA and then activate it.
Please advise on precisely what yo are trying to do and how/with whom you have renewed.
