can't get my new webroot to download why

I am trying to downlaod my new webroot security and it won't download. it brings up my old webroot telling me it is expired. do i need to uninstall the old one before the new one will install. don't know whats going on.

Can you tell me if you renewed your old Webroot or did you renew with a new keycode? Also where did you purchase Webroot may I ask?
