Hi and welcome to the Community @
I am assuming that you have either the Internet Security Plus OR the Complete package as the the Antivirus version only allows for 1 device.
Use the same download link on your laptop as you used on your desktop, insert the same keycode at the prompt and it will be done.
After the first initial scan the laptop will after a short while appear in your on-line console and you will be all set up then.
 
Access your on-line console by clicking on the green webroot icon in your taskbar, click on you "My Account"  on the right hand side and then click on the "Access Web Console" tab.
In the Console if you click on PC Security you should see the Desktop and Laptop appear there and you will be able if needed to, to check on there status from there.
