I think Webroot is blocking me when I hit a connect link to Godvine, a site a know is safe.  At least the site, which I could once get times out.  I can get it on my computer at my daughter's house which sounds like it is not Webroot, but Verizon can't figure out how it can be them.  Any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Can you please post the Link so I can check it?

You can fill out this form to get it changed! http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request-url-reputation.php

Thanks,

This is the website:  http://click1.godvinemail.com/  It is followed by the specific video link.  I don't know for sure it is Webroot but I do sometimes get a block on it.  The odd thing is I used to get it all the time, stopped suddenly--get a timed out message, but could get it on THIS computer at my daughter's over the week end.  I came home and could not get it again.  Any tips would be appreciated.
I can go on godvine.com ok, it is just the click1 link that isn't getting through anymore.

It looks like your link is to some type of account and I found this have you seen it before? https://preferences.salemwebnetwork.com/ and Webroot is not Blocking anything so it must be something with the Website.

Thanks,

Daniel ;)
