Windows 8.1
My Torch Browswer has been infected with the double underlining of random words that take you to the "Update media player / flash / other useless poped up window.
Webroot has stopped the popups windows, but didn't get the cause. I have used many software packages and followed many google directions.
Rover.com, adeccousa.com, are tiw now advertised by the double underlining now.
Any help?

I suppose you have tried resetting your Torch Browser to defaults?
Would you look here at the Knowledge Base article concerning PUAs and give that a try.
If this doesn't work and you are still in need of help then please issue a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they can look into this for you.
