how do you get credit to reload webroot when they have to replace your computer for warranty

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am not quite sure I understand what your question is? Are you asking how you transfer WSA to a new computer (when in this case your previous computer has had to be replaced)?
If that is the case then it is just a case of running the installer (you can get a copy here for Webroot version or here for the Best Buy version) making sure that you have a copy of your keycode to hand as you will need it during the process.
What you should also do is to go into your online console (here) and deactivate, in WSA, the old computer that has been replaced and which you no longer wish to cover. Instruction on how you do this can be found here.
