webroot security has multiple pc's that don't have a way to remove any.

Can you see if you have User Configuration as shown below in your Account Console? If you still don't have the Commands then please submit that Support Ticket and they can take care of this for you.

No, but I do have an idea here.
 
In the Console, 
  • Click the email address at the upper right corner
  • Select Manage Users
  • Click the edit icon at the right side of the user profile you used to log into the console with
  • Click the Access & Permissions tab
  • Set the drop down for "SecureAnywhere Console" AND "PC Security Console" to Admin
Perhaps if the user profile has standard permissions, not Admin, the Commands will not be available.
