I'm trying to renew and keep getting a message that my credit card expires before my next renewal

I think it would be best to contact Webroot support about this. I have not heard of this issue before and they can certainly take care of this for you.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
If I may just add here...Is your subscription for the Best Buy version of WSA rather than the standard Webroot version? If so then that is no unecpected as irrespective of when you go through the renewal process Best Buy will not debit your credit card/take the payment and so undertake the renewal until the actual date of expiry.
 
Therefore, in this case the check is a sensible one, given the fact that if your card had expired before the expiry date then they would be unable to take the payment and you would be left without protection. :(
 
But of course, if you are not a Best Buy customer then please ignore the above.
