trouble installing Adobe Flash Player

I want to know if there is anything special I need to do with Webroot in order to download Adobe Flash Player. I have tried through Firefox and Internet Explorer and neither will work. I go to this website   https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/download/?installer=FP_18_for_Firefox_-_NPAPI&os=Windows%207&browser_type=Gecko&browser_dist=Firefox&d=McAfee_Security_Scan_Plus_FireFox_Browser&dualoffer=false
uncheck the McCafee download offer, choose Windows 7 for operating system (32bit is not mentioned/is what I have) then press "Install or Download" Then I get the Run window, Then I get the window to say yes to allowing this to make changes to my computer. then the Download manager window comes up and it is blank and there is no activity whatsoever. I wait a few minutes then close everything. Firefox & do a restart with the computer and try again three times now and get the same results. Again is there something I need to do with Webroot to allow me to download Adobe Flash Player??
Thank you Bell Family

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

What OS are you using and what Browsers? Note Windows 8 or 10 doesn't need it for Internet Explorer! Also check your version Click here to check your version

Also you can download the installers here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Security-Industry-News/Adobe-Flash-Player-18-0-0-232-amp-Adobe-AIR-18-0-0-199/td-p/211855

Hello ?,

I am sorry were you lookking for Adobe Flash Player?  Or are you looking for Adobe Reader?

Adobe Flash Player 19.0.0.226

Click here to check your version and Here to Download and here is an Alternate Download make sure you uncheck any unwanted add-ons and download both the one for IE if you have Windows 7 and older as it's not needed for Windows 8 or Windows 10 as it's downloaded via Windows Update and the same with Chrome they have it built in there own Browser, for other Browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Opera plugins continue to download and install!

I am looking for Adobe Reader DC, but the problem is exactly the same the described about the Flash Player.
Thanks

Hi MDF

I use Acrobat Reader DC and I have never had any issues downloading the installer from the site that Sherry has highlighted. Are you sure that you are unchecking the options highlighted?

Hi MDF,

I have checked these links and I am not having a problem installing either. So can you try a different browser perhaps?
Yes, the only option is the McAfee antivirus. My systems automatically redirect to "https://get.adobe.com/es/reader/", because I am in Argentina and I use de spanish version

Internet Explorer and Chrome is the same situation. What do you recomend?
