Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Do you have a new keycode with this renewal? If so please follow these instructions below.

This solution addresses Webroot SecureAnywhere http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_icon.png

If you have a new keycode, you can activate it as follows:
 1. Open SecureAnywhere.
 2. Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.
 3. Under Activate a new keycode, enter the keycode you want to add and click Activate. Note: your keycode is a string of 20 alphanumeric characters. It is unique and holds the information about your subscription. You may choose to copy and paste your keycode when prompted, to ensure that the characters are entered correctly.
If you would like to also add your keycode to your online management account, click here for instructions.

Let us know if this resolves your issue or not.

Hi jpasco

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Just to clarify...please advise as to what you were expecting to happen further to your renewal?

If you have 'properly' renewed, i.e., added more time to your exisitnig subscription then there is nothing further for you to do...eventually you should see the length of your subscription increase by the additonal number of days purchased.

If you have made a 'pseudo' renewal', i.e., the renewal resulted in you being provided with a new keycode then you need to follow Sherry's instructions and apply/activate the new code via your exisitng installation of WSA.

In neither case is there a need to downlaod and install a new verisosn of WSA.

Hope that clarifies things a little.

regards, Baldrick
