Hi desmondb5

I am not very sure of what you mean when you say "my windows fire wall could not be protected by windows defender and a trojan has entered". As far as I am aware Windows Firewall & Windows Defender are separate & independant apps that have no dependency one on the other...and it is fine for the Firewall to be enabled whilst Defender is not.

Would you provide the exact details of the message that you have received as I am wondering if this is a scam, possibly.
